USC Engagement Shoot

Anha and I recently shot a couple's engagement where they first met - on the USC campus.  It was a challenge at first, when we drove up to the school, we realized that they were actually throwing a huge book fair on campus.  The entire university was littered with white tents and event staff, but I think we pulled it off pretty well!  Here are some of the couple's favorites from the shoot.

Puppy Photo Shoot

Have foster puppies at the house has been great over the past few months - but they've finally all been adopted and I definitely miss them now that they're gone. I'd do it again in a heartbeat, and in a few weeks I'm sure we will.

In order to help get these dogs in front of potential adoptive parents, I put them through a little photo shoot - add a little peanut butter and they're firing off poses as quick as any model I've worked with! Here are a few of Shade and Jackie (both of whom were adopted into the same home!)

Foster Pups

If anyone is interested in adopting these puppies, please let me know!

Stella's Hope

is the organization that rescued these puppies from an animal hoarding situation.  They're amazing, I'm loving every minute I get to spend with them - it's going to be hard to let them go!

Melody & Long Engagement

Here are few selections from an engagement shoot I helped Anha Nguyen on a few weeks back!  I love second shooting for Anha, and this session was no different!  We started off under the Newport Pier and headed over to the Balboa fun zone.  The couple even got few rides on Anha's dime!  Enjoy the pictures!

Washington DC Engagement Preview

I was recently invited to shoot an engagement in Washington, DC.  The timing couldn't have been better, I was flown up during the first weekend of the Cherry Blossom festival.  The couple is still going through the pictures, but until they've selected their favorites, I couldn't help but post some of the monuments and landscape in beautiful Washington, DC.

The cherry blossoms were in full bloom - ranged from white to a full pink.

Jefferson Monument

While laying on the grass shooting the couple, this duck nearly ran into me.

Had to visit the big guy - took this shot at nearly midnight, had no idea the monuments were open 24 hours.

Playing a little with foreground/background focal changes.

Would not have made the trip complete if I didn't have the opportunity to pay my respects at the World War II Memorial

An incredible experience.
